Today, I went to eat Korean traditional samgyetang, not normal samgyetang, but Korean traditional samgyetang with nurungji and mung bean.

It's samgyetang made by the winner of the Battle of Korean Food 3!






Not far from home, there's a huge sign!

Even though I was like this, I just passed by lol

Since it's located under Cheolmasan Mountain, there are many elderly people,

It is a place where many people come to eat healthy meals as well as hikers.






It was full of customers even though it was a weekday evening when we visited.

As expected, it's a good restaurant in Seo-gu, Incheon

As soon as they sat down, they set up the side dishes.






The menu is simple as it is a samgyetang restaurant.

The base is common with Korean traditional ginseng chicken soup,

You can choose between nurungji, mung bean, black garlic and Neungyi to suit your taste!

And there's also Braised Spicy Chicken, a delicacy of chicken dishes.Hah!

We ordered nurungji Korean-style samgyetang and munggu Korean-style samgyetang.

Nurungji samgyetang takes 30 minutes

We arrived around dinner time, so I think it took about 5-10 minutes to cook in advance.

If you want to eat quickly just in case, I recommend you make a reservation call in advance and visit.

Considering that it's a samgyetang restaurant, there were many kinds of side dishes.

Kimchi, kkaktogi, red pepper, and cucumber are usually served in a simple manner,

Lee Woo-chul's samgyetang was served with young radish kimchi, kkaktogi, oi pickle, and red pepper.

It's a mung bean samgyetang that contains savory mung beans as a whole.






I like mung bean, so I ate mung bean samgyetang,

As expected, the savory one was delicious.LOL




I prefer to put all the bones in samgyetang and eat it all at once

It takes time to apply the bone,

I think it's better than if the flow is cut off while eating.LOL

Put fresh cuttlefish on the savory green bean samgyetang and yum yum!






If you take a bite of cold green pepper, the greasy feeling will go away Hah!

You can choose green or cheongyang peppers according to your preference!

I eat spicy things well, but I ate Cheongyang chili pepper without fear this day, and I stopped crying...

I guess you're bringing extra spicy chungyang peppers;;







I put kimchi on top,

I eat it while soothing my spicy mouth,

If you eat it in the savory box, you'll get a bowl of gold pear! lol

If you ask for more porridge or broth, they give you more,

This one bowl was perfect for us.

I was so full, but I didn't want to leave any leftovers lol

The chicken was not big, but it had mung bean and nurungji in itas it turns out

It's quite a lot.






I think I eat samgyetang about once a month,

It's delicious every time I eat it. LOL

When I make it at home, it's delicious because I make it according to my taste,

It goes well with various ingredients such as perilla seeds, oriental medicine, nurungji, and green beans

It's good for your health and it helps you digest well.Hah!
